We're always checking our prices with our competitors to make sure we're always offering low prices. For your convenience, all of our prices include VAT. Many other companies keep these kind of costs hidden. The price you see is the price you pay. The only other addition to the cost of our products is the delivery cost which varies depending on the order quantity. For more details on delivery costs, please click here.

> Promptness
If the products you wish to order are in stock then then we'll ask our couriers to come and collect your order as soon as possible. It takes on average just 2 working days to receive your order. e.g you place an order on Monday, our courier collects on Tuesday and delivers it to you on Wednesday (this is dependant on what time you place the order and if the courier is able to take collection the next working day).
We also guarantee a personal response to all emails within 24 hours.

We only offer products that we believe are of the highest quality. We receive regular deliveries of new stock to make sure we keep up with demand. Due to our many contacts, we're usually able to obtain just about anything. If there's something you want, then just let us know what you want, and how many then we'll see what we can do.
