1. How long does delivery take?
If the item you wish to order is in stock, then we can dispatch your order the next working day at the latest but if the item is not in stock then we will need to wait for a new delivery. All items that are in stock should be with you within 5 working days depending which country the delivery is to be made.

2. Can I return an order to you?
If you need to return an order or item to us for a credit or replacement then please send the order to Returns, Clothes For Less, The Fashion House, Seaside Lane, Easington Colliery, County Durham, SR8 3PF. Please include a covering letter stating the reason for return along with your name, address, order and/or invoice number. Please review our terms and conditions regarding returns.

3. Can I choose sizes and/or colours?
If you want a specific size or colour of a garment, then you can ask us if this is possible. Generally, you'll receive an assortment of sizes and colours but occasionally, we may be able to split the order for you.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using any major debit or credit card, Paypal, Nochex or Cheque or Postal Order. If you wish to pay by postal order or cheque, then please email us, otherwise you'll be given an option to choose your payment method when you check out.

5. How can I place an order?
We've tried to make ordering with us as simple as possible. When you have decided to purchase something, you need to choose the quantity you need to buy then click on the "Buy It" button next to that item. That will automatically add the quantity you require to your basket. You can then continue to shop or checkout. The basket then should guide you through the rest of the basket.

6. How much does delivery cost?
Our shopping basket automatically calculates the approximate weight of each order and adjusts the shipping costs. The price for UK delivery is £10.99 per carton (which fits approx 25KG) for second class (takes around 2-4 working days) or £12.99 for first class (no more than 2 working days). Europe (please see Question 9) is £31.99 per carton, Northern Ireland/Offshore is £18.99 per carton and USA/Canada is £44.99 per carton.

7. Are all of the items authentic?
Yes. Remember, if you receive something that you're not happy with, then just return it to us for a refund!

8. What is included in the mixed lots?
The mixed lots contain only the best sellers of the moment and ones that you should have no problem in selling on for a profit. Because customers needs change as well as our stock, the mixed lots will change on  daily basis. You will receive a good mixture of branded clothing from the likes of Abercrombie, Billabong, Ecko, Higgins, Josef, Nike, Quiksilver and much more. You may receive jeans, t-shirts, shirts, underwear, jackets, jumpers and tops. When selling the items on, you should have no problem making at least a 40% profit. One of our previous £100 mens mixed lots included: 2 Ben Sherman Shirts, 2 DKNY vests, 1 Hugo Boss Polo, 1 Timberland T-Shirt and 1 pair of G Unit Jeans. The total RRP for that lot was over £250. This is just an example of the great lots we send out every day. Future lots will not be exactly the same as above. Higher priced lots will include more items where the % profit should be higher.

9. Which countries are included in "Europe" delivery?
The following countries will come under "Europe" delivery. Any country not listed below will be UK Mainland, USA/Canada or Worldwide delivery and will be priced accordingly.

Austria, Belgium, Channel Isles, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
